The expenses of ‘Le Sourire de Chiang Khong’ are directly tied to the children: school material, uniforms, various educational and extracurricular activities, food, accommodation, clothes, fees to obtain official identity papers, etc. The Foyer also provides support to children who can attend school while remaining in their village.

Sponsors
Thanks to their regularity, the sponsors ensure the continuity of the foundation. To sponsor a child is an engagement that corresponds to 50 Swiss francs per month or the equivalent in Euros
Donations
From the smallest to the largest, all the donations are welcome. Small and dynamic, strictly managed and controlled, ‘Le Sourire de Chiang Khong’ has less than 1% running costs and guarantees direct help in the field.
Specific projects
According to the wishes of the sponsors, foundations, public or private organisations, the donation can be allocated to specific development projects: school equipment, agricultural tools and fields, buildings, transport vehicles, etc.
Self-production
The agriculture and animal breeding carried out by the children contribute for a modest part to the needs of “their” foyer.
